MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
When you call to make an appointment, you will be asked which of our urologists you want to see. You can make an appointment to see a specific doctor or the first available.
GETTING A REFERRAL
We recommend you have a referral from another doctor before your first appointment.
This is necessary to ensure that the specialist you are seeing is appropriate for you and your condition. Having a referral also allows you to claim a higher Medicare rebate on the consultation fee.
A new referral from your GP is required every 12 months, unless otherwise stated on your referral letter. If you are referred by another specialist your referral will only remain valid for 3 months.
CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
If you need to cancel your appointment, please phone our office during business hours at least 24 hours before your appointment, so that we can offer your appointment time to another patient on our waiting list.
